The Statistical Summary Report is a two-page monthly overview compiling child care licensing data for all types of care,
subsidized child care expenditures, and waiting list information statewide.
The summary report is designed to provide a high level review of DCD regulatory and subsidy information on a monthly basis.
Summary reports are available approximately 60 days following the last day of the month in question. For example, if you are looking for
the June Statistical Summary, it will be available for review by approximately the end of August.

The Statistical Detail Report is a 1000+ page monthly statement providing child care licensing data for each of the
more than 9000 individual child care centers and family child care homes across NC.
Child care programs are listed in this report by county, with family child care homes listed first in license number order, followed by
child care centers. Summary information is given at the end of each county group, as well as statewide summary information at the end
of the full report.
