APPLICANT FD-258 Card Submissions (Paper Fingerprint Cards)
Applicants not submitting fingerprints via Live Scan must have manual fingerprints taken. This method involves having an applicant's fingerprints rolled in ink and placed on an "Applicant FD-258" fingerprint card. |
